Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with smiles. The service is always excellent and the food is amazing! Thank you for all you do!

Went in the drive through yesterday. The service was horrible. The girl did not once smile or act like she wanted to be there. Terrible customer service. The food was edible but that's about all. I doubt we go back.

Management... you got to step it up! Check out your reviews! This tells you everything you need to know about your business. This is careless and unnecessary. You guys have the tools and know how to create excellent quality food. Seems to me that some changes in management need to be made very quickly.

8:30 today which is the 28th of September went to Maryland Fried Chicken ordered around $18 worth of chicken coleslaw. The coleslaw was edible. The chicken was overcooked small hell I thought it was Dove when I first opened the box. I mean you could not eat the skin it was so hard. It was one of the worst meals I have had and Bainbridge

Went last week had fish fried to hard no taste to it fries where hard. staff playing around to much.

They are Very inconsistent with quality and taste. Sometimes it's decent sometimes it's bad. Which isn't fair seeing how you pay the same price for the food each time.

Went about 2 weeks ago & the pork chops were fried extremely hard & tough, appeared as if they were old. The chicken breast was the same. The french fries were almost too hard & appeared darker than usual.

Dried out, old fried chicken and chicken strips that were so tough we couldnt eat them.
