04/25/2021 - Frustrating Never again!!!
Called immediately after they opened at 4pm to get a table for 8 at 7pm. Was told the bar area was full but they could accommodate us in the dining room. We arrived at 6:55 and waited over 20 minutes to sit. Once seated we ordered drinks and waited & waited. When they finally came over to take our order at 8pm they said it would be long wait due to our order not going in ahead of the bar orders. We kindly stated if that’s the case we will just go now. They talked to kitchen staff and said they would do our order first and it would be about 20 mins. We ordered salads & chicken wings and by 845pm still no food. BUT after watching people walk in at 830pm and immediately get served we asked why and were told it was because they ordered salads. Well so did we and after waiting 2 hours we generously tipped the waitress and walked out. This was after the MANAGER blamed the 2 hour wait on ME the customer because she claimed she told me on the phone the kitchen would be backed up - that was a blatant LIE. We ended up at Ferrari’s Pizza Bar and had a wonderful dinner - Ferraris saved the night!!! Save yourself the aggravation and just skip this place all together!!
