Best food I've ever had! The veggie burger is amazing and full of flavor! (Had to get another one the next day, I couldn't stop thinking about it) definitely recommend the falafel/falafel burger!

Blue Fez is such a fantastic restaurant!
The food is phenomenal- delicious, healthy, plentiful and beautifully presented. The owner/ chef is very accommodating and willing to alter recipes to your specifications. The wait staff is helpful and attentive. The Blue Fez is a great addition to Salem's restaurant scene.
