My boyfriend and I ordered through Uber eats today. Mind you it’s a Monday at 1:00 pm so there shouldn’t be any reason for them to mess up this badly. We ordered the nachos and asked for extra jalapeños. The nachos were extremely over salted and had nothing on them but cheese and chicken. Extremely bland. Nothing like what the menu says. We also each ordered 3 tacos. So 6 tacos total and they only got 2 tacos correct out of all 6. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve worked in the food industry and to f up this badly is just absurd. Did you even read the ticket ? Will not be back or order from you again. Obviously needs to hire a new kitchen staff.
