Several months ago, I ordered takeout from a Taiwanese restaurant that offers fresh, handmade dumplings, buns, and noodles with authentic flavors and reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food-especially the pan-fried scallion pancakes, fish dumplings, and steamed pork, cabbage, and shrimp dumplings with thick homemade wrappers-was consistently delicious and satisfying.
