I recently visited SNOOZE restaurant in Dallas for breakfast during a period of high customer volume, and my experience left me impressed. Despite the challenging circumstances, I had the chance to observe the General Manager, Brandy Perry, in action, and she truly shone as a leader, ensuring that her team delivered excellent customer service.

First and foremost, the crowd was overwhelming due to the high volume of customers. Despite this, the staff managed the situation with grace and professionalism. Brandy Perry, as the General Manager, was at the forefront, coordinating her team and setting a remarkable example for her employees. Her dedication to maintaining a high standard of customer service was evident throughout my visit.

The highlight of my experience was witnessing Brandy Perry's hands-on approach. She seamlessly moved between tasks, addressing any issues that arose and making sure customers were well taken care of. Her leadership was commendable and undoubtedly played a significant role in the smooth functioning of the establishment during such a busy period.

As for the breakfast itself, I was pleased with the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. Despite the heavy volume, my order arrived promptly, and it was evident that the kitchen staff worked efficiently to maintain the standard of their dishes.
