I have been going to the Coffee Press from March to support small businesses in Batavia. Today was the first unpleasant experience. I had asked for 1/2 and 1/2 and was told I needed to use the small containers on the bar. I have never had to use them before and asked about the other 1/2 and 1/2 and the clerk dismissed me by turning her back and talking with a coworker. I ended up throwing away the coffee when I got home because the small containers taste terrible. It makes no sense for me to reach in to grab the small packets as other people have reached in there, if this new policy was to stop the spread of the virus.
