Went for the first time just before closing & bought over $25 of cooked fish. The most part, the staff was friendly. Once arriving home and tasting the fish, sad to say it wasn't fresh. Three family members all thought the same. Called to complain the next day and was told the fish was fresh because it was kept frozen. Was offered to bring ALL the product back of which I did not have ALL in order to "make good". No portion of refund offered with what I had in my possession.

Everytime I go to Ward's Fish Market, the food is Freshly cooked & Delicious!! Servings are plentiful!! Price is very Reasonable!! People are very Friendly & Helpful! It certainly Don't smell like most Fish Markets!! It's Clean also!! I'D RECKOMEND WARD'S FISH MARKET TO ANYONE!! JS 5 STAR KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & THANKS!! 💯😇🙏💯✌️🇺🇸🤣
