They prioritize drive through over ordering inside, I waited from 4:06 til 4:30 and still didn't get what I ordered and it was when I asked for a refund they said that they're making the burgers. I didn't feel like waiting longer so I said I want to be refunded.

Since they opened my order has been wrong just about every time. Food is COLD! They don't give you napkins unless you ask for them and when you pay extra for cheese they forget or just don't care to add it. I made a point when I got to the drive thru window to please check that my wopper has cheese on it because there have been times previously that I was charged for it but the cheese was not on my burger. After I got my order I parked to check if they put cheese on it. Guess what it had cheese but they made it plain! I didn't order it plain so I'm guessing the young kids that they have working there thought it would be funny to play games. There's no way their that stupid! The problem is that they have kids managing kids.
