Although initially skeptical about PJ's, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the barista with brown hair in a ponytail, glasses, and a mustache. The cinnamon scone was absolutely delicious and deserves recognition as well. The staff at this downtown location goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout among chain locations.
