I stopped by the hotel restaurant for a quick bite to eat after a big lunch, and ended up being pleasantly surprised by the delicious fries that caught my attention. The chowder, quesadilla, and ribeye steak that followed were all surprisingly fantastic, making it a memorable dining experience at the Bistro on Yale.
