Excellent Thai food! Happy to re-discover Ploy Siam we used to visit in Robbinsville years back. Food is made to order, generous vegies and very original. Tried Pad Thai (of course), basil fried rice, red curry for main dishes. All 5 star! Soups were great, both Tom Yum and Tom Kha. Great service and conversation with Kanika. Certainly going back... soon for other noodle dishes and curries!!
