I love this restaurant which is quaintly located diagonally across from the downtown library. The oxtails and cabbage were outstanding. SO GOOD! The service was great and the chef came out and we had a nice down home conversation as if we have known each other for years. I will definitely be back tomorrow for the same lunch. I highly recommend Pimenta. Stop by and see 'em.
