I had the new york strip steak and my wife had the filet. The new york strip steak was cooked to rare; however, it was very tough. This was advertised as an aged(24 days) cut of meat. It was not and probably was a choice cut.
My wife's petit filet was butterflied and cooked to a median well. It's advertised as aged and the most tender- It was not. It was very tough.
This is not a high-end steakhouse even though the prices were high.
The Texas Roadhouse steaks are much better at a reasonable price.
