While initially confused by the store front signs, I discovered a bakery with delicious carrot and 4 leches cakes that were neither stale nor overly sweet. The 4 leches cake was moist and tasty, and the flan from Cecilia's, though slightly thin for my preference, was still enjoyable with a good amount of sauce. I learned about this bakery after trying their 4 leches cake at a local C-town in Queens, NY, and I must say it was the best cake I've had in years, evoking nostalgic childhood memories with each bite.

I love so much their desserts that I started consulting for them, all their menu items, from 3 Leches, 4 Leches, Flan, Corn Bread, their Dominican style cakes, Guava, Pineapple, Dulce de Leche, are outstanding.
