Thieves!! A few weeks ago, we ordered breakfast using the IHOP app (Doordash app was down). At the end of the order, the screen froze and never completed. So, having BK already on our cell, we ordered and our food was delivered with no problem. We never received our food from IHOP. After being patient and waiting until the next week for the charge to disappear, I contacted corporate. Long story short, after hours on the phone with multiple people, from corporate to the actual local restaurant, we were told we can't get a refund because we used the app as a "guest". So, basically, IHOP is run by thieves. The charge went through and hit my bank, all they had to do is reverse it. Almost thirty bucks out of my pocket for NOTHING!!!! THIEVES, THEY WILL NEVER HAVE OUR BUSINESS AGAIN.
