This is my go to spot for breakfast. The best omelette and crepes. Excellent service. Family run. I can't say enough good things about Penelope's.

Surprise they are still around , remembered why I haven't been there few yrs - just Ok service & food, more burnt semi hard home fries, juice had pulp friend doesn't like,price alot higher other local restaurants. 3 breakfast's,2 coffee,1 juice bill over $60 with tip - same food elsewhere would of been about half price

it was okay. Many breakfast items weren't listed. And coffee was not included with breakfast ..God knows how much the coffee was. I didn't even check. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive for nothing. Every place in Florida has complete breakfasts with coffee for...4.02 and 4.99. We were 2 and had small breakfasts and I didn't have coffee and it came out to 20 dollars and change with tax. Not worth it. Food was no different from any breakfast place. People are crazy. I have the money but it was no different from bagel tree or anywhere.

Had breakfast there with my sister outside. Great place to eat. Very accommodating staff. Definately will go back again.

Just there for breakfast & ordered a waffle it was so dry I knew immediately it was a frozen one. I wish I thought to ask but most places don't serve frozen waffles, I'm sure they have other food that's probably good but don't order a waffle
