I'm reaching out about a disturbing incident involving one of the managers at this location. There was issue regarding a glitch with a delivery app. that was corrected. When I returned to acquire the following delivery the manager working was rude and refused to allow pick-up. I asked another gentleman for a corporate #. He did provide a number; however, three days later she has yet to return a call. Since then, the manager at the Kyle location has posted vulgar comments regarding me by name on Facebook. Frustrated I have reached through different numbers multiple times with no success. I called the store and asked for a corporate # for this location, at which point, the person who answered the phone passed the phone to said manager. She was again immediately rude. I never told her my name or why I was calling. She did, however, threatened to call the police and file a complaint against me if I ever called again; as if, I had been calling multiple times. That was my first time calling; there was no arguing or rudeness prior to her getting on the phone after knowing I was requesting a corporate #. I am truly offended by her vulgar comments. They were screen shot by multiple family members as they are the ones who notified me of the post. Please contact me.
