I went there with a friend. Our first time there turned out to be a major dissapointment with regards to the food and service. My friend received her meal at least 10 minutes before my hamburger came out. There were no more than a dozen people in there including the 3 employees who seemed to very preoccupied with the 3 people seated at the the island across from the kitchen area. When I did finally receive my hamburger after inquiring why some customers that came in after me received their meal, they brought out my hamburger. The bun felt really cold and I sent it back to warm it up. When I finally did eat, minus any condiments or silverware that I had to ask for the meat tasted tainted or not fresh. Along with the burger I got exactly 2 small slices of red onion, 1 piece of lettuce and a small sliced tomato...major disappointment for the 13 or $14.00 I spent including the 18% gratuity I left. Won't be back...sorry it could be a really cool place, ;but the kitchen and food prep needs much improvement.

I love the Citadel and the different juices. Very fresh and refreshing.
