Last night my wife and I made an online purchase for delivery from your Charleston location -- long a favorite of ours. However, the uber driver never delivered our dinners (we got a very, very dark photo purporting to show a delivery, but alas, not our house and the driver's voicemail box was set not to accept calls). We tried calling your location back to see if they could help -- and the woman who answered the phone said only, "I can't help you. We're closing soon." And hung up. Is that any way to treat a customer? We eventually scrounged up some grilled cheese sandwiches at home, but have been left utterly appalled by the experience.
