Worst! . The oysters were awesome! The steaks needed flavor. Very bland. Mashed potatoes extremely bland. Our waiter. Got alot wrong . Including the bill but was extremely nice. Let me start from there. So most people atleast I do and alot of people I know when you have people in your family who love to spend spend, spend. You tend to have multiple checking accounts. Atleast I do. Because im in charge of the bills. I detest being late , I refuse to to be late. I refuse to have anything negative. Oh this is the fun part we were there last night Oct 14th 2020. Hi Joey. I called the regional vp. And the owner, and ps. Recorded you !. Rude how dare you tell me how to do my bills ! Yup. People this is the general manager of the place running the business. Just to let you know. But I'll finish. So I took my husband out for dinner. Transferred money over to that account to cover dinner. 100. Even. Some tip. Paid the REST OF THE TIP IN CASH , mind you no cocktails steak specials two for 30. They over charged me. I had Transferred money to pay my mortgage, and car insurance on that account. Enough just to cover those with a few bucks in the account. Its a spare account. Just to make sure bills get paid . Well the gm of the restaurant tried telling me how to do my own banking and that after that he found out that THEY WERE WRONG THEY PUT THE MONEY BACK IN . WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WE ALL KNOW THAT IT TAKES MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO PUT MONEY BACK INTO A ACCOUNT WHEN PULLED. SO LIE #2 . he never apologized to me. Yelled at me interrupted me . Constantly. I left a message with the regional vp. The owner, if I do not hear from either one , WHICH HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A NAME OF THE REGIONAL. VP. .I will be in touch with the bbb. N other agencies. I have been a gm for 20+ years i would never talk to my dog that way. I just wish I was able to record the whole conversation from the beginning. This cost me money not only from my bank bouncing. But the actual accounts I have with the mortgage and insurance , he said it wasn't his fault did nothing to try to solve it. Didnt care. I have that recorded!!!!!! I could not believe that . And here i was getting ready to pay for a entire family party for my mom and dad to celebrate them because its basically going to be my dads last birthday, he's dying, he didnt know that, I never said 1 word. He's on his death bed was going to bring the whole family there. Because that's where he had heard from my daughter, im not going to say why. But he wanted to go. And now no. Joey I hope you read this I hope u see this im not done here. Im going to every forum. Im not stopping here!!!! I better hear from the regional vp. And the owner, im going to play what I Recorded. Especially you telling me how to do my own banking. They wld find that extremely interesting!!!! I make sure my bills are payed ! I'm anal I dont sleep unless my stuff is taken care of. Thats why I live a nice life. My husband is a spender. Thats exactly why I told you seperate accounts. I have 5. Not that any OF MY BANKING IS ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS, AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION, YOU SAID YOU PUT THE MONEY BACK**** ITS STILL NOT BACK IN THE ACCT. THE BANK SAID IF** AND * IT WAS THERE BY 5 IT CLD BE REVERED IN FEES. IT TAKES A FEW DAYS . You don't know banking. Im a gm in banking. Like I told you on the phone. You don't know you job. Don't blow smoke up someone's butt! I better get a call or I will go further!
