I have tried calling several times in the past 3 months and always get a busy signal. I wait and try calling again, same thing. I tried to do online but was unable to order our entire order. It would say "done" before I went any further. This is frustrating!! One time when I couldn't reach them because of a busy signal, I went there and was told that someone must have left the phone off the hook. This review has nothing to do about the food. The food is always excellent and prepared just right. I know sometimes they are busy taking orders for "to go." We order from other restaurants here and in Lexington and never have this kind of trouble! Any tips on how to make this work would be helpful for me.
