This place is terrible the so called manager is bragging about the meat it was plain no seasonings of any kind waited for 30 minutes fries grease and wherever you walked you SQUEAKED

Christy Side manager? Placed order at 1812hrs, 3 groups came in after me and placed orders. After sitting for nearly 45mins no food. All 3 groups that followed were enjoying food, an addition group eat and left. When I requested where my food was, I was told they weren't aware I was here. They brought out my food, no telling how long it had been ready while my family and myself waited. I requested to speak to a manager, waitress went to back and returned saying she was the manager, really. I said no I want to speak to the manager. At this time Christy Sides approached me and asked "what my problem was" before I could state my issue she berates me asking if I've ever had a bad day? What? I state i want my money back, she said "what's it like to be perfect?" I have no time or patience for this nonsense. I try to support local, but I'll NEVER use this location again.

Bragged about JT2 to visiting daughter. Ordered online for pickup on Saturday. Terribly disappointed. No check spaces for lettuce, tomato, etc., so figured that was automatic. Paid over $6 for the thin patty and $7 for the thicker one - Just dry buns, very little sauce (which we did order) - nothing else. Also need a space for gluten free bun order. Fries were good, as usual.

1 star because we got food but it used to be better then what it is now the flavors gone and it's not juicy

Very good meat. So nice to work with and their burgers are great!

Great, fresh burgers. Plain fare, no frills, but good food and service. Very clean. Easily accommodated our group of 13 and were very gracious. Recommend!
