I first patronized Chill Hill in August 2022, after I read good reviews about the ciders. I bought cherry, blackberry and black eye. They were really good. The cherry and black eye were canned and sealed while I was in the store.

After raving about them to my coworkers, the next time I was in the area, I purchased some cherry ciders for myself and my coworkers; they were precanned and taken out of a refrigerator. They were flat, not carbonated like the ones that were made while I was standing there. I called and they exchanged them for me. The exchanged ciders were flat too. I called back and no one answered the phone.

I never had an issue with the carbonation in the blackberry ciders, so when I was in the area on 10/22/2022, I bought a 24 pack of the blackberry ciders which were on sale for $48. Guess what, they are flat. I tried three cans from different 4 packs, ALL FLAT.

My advice, have them make the ciders while you are standing there, otherwise it is hit or miss if your ciders will be carbonated.

Driving to the area is a 200 mile round trip for me, so it's not like it's around the corner.

The staff was nice, but more times than not; the ciders were flat.
