Manager argued with me over whether or not I received my extra breadsticks and biscuits that I ordered. I ordered 6 breadsticks and only received 2. I ordered biscuits and received none. The manager said that I did receive them because she bagged the ordered herself. I also ordered extra meat sauce on my pasta and I barely had enough sauce for a baby's order much less a regular entree with a order of extra sauce. She kept saying that I did get everything that I ordered so by saying that she was really calling me a liar. I have eaten inside this restaurant and gotten carry out a bunch of times and after this I doubt I will be back. The manager is a joke and she needs to be replaced and if she owns the place she definitely needs to take classes on customer service. I also noticed that they charged me over $1 for using our debit card and we were never told that. The manager also said that I called before the restaurant was even opened, like that was my fault for placing my order 15 minutes before they opened. If you don't want to take someone's carry out order before you open then don't answer the phone.
