Asked for a simple steak & cheese sub. What we got was wasn't what we ordered. They gave us wraps with some kind of sauce on it. Not even sure it was steak. Looked like ground burger! REALLY!!!Again not what we ordered! The fries were just pieces and not even fries. Not to mention the price was ridiculous! We will definitely travel to another place before we eat here!!

Always good, never disappointed. Looking forward to summer and many nice meals here. Generous portions, reliable service.

Went to Wales Tavern a couple of years ago when it reopened under new management. There were about 15 people in the establishment. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress. Took 15 minutes for a beer and to place my order for a Cheeseburger. After 20 minutes the waitress returned and apologized for the delay. After 30 minutes I left $5.00 on the table and left. Tonight I returned 09/25/20 to have dinner at about 17:30. The waiter sat us down and said he would be back in a minute. Four more couples camp in, were seated and provided with table ware and he went by us five times. Four waitresses went past us and also did not even have the courtesy to ask if we had been waited on. We left. The service sucks. Unless you live in Wales and can hang around the bar for hours and wait for what you think is good service. Will never go there again.
