I'd like to post my shocking service experience at this restaurant. In summary, customers should AVOID this place due to poor services, especially that there are many other hot pot options nearby.

Tuseong (waiter/a tall guy in the bar area, saying that he is the manager) kept pretending that he could not understand the customer's pronunciation for food order and failed to welcome the customer. He kept saying the customers' pronunciation on hot pot was wrong when he could actually answer the customer's question (what food do you offer here?) and continued to fail on welcoming the customer for hot pot buffet.

He refused to apologize and mentioned to the customer that "get the f-ck out of here" (exact wording) with ridiculed tone.

The attitude was unacceptable to any customers and he knew that he had poor service: 1. He stopped cursing after the customer mentioned to record his wording and didn't dare to provide his name as a waiter (had to ask around to see who this person is since it is hard to understand his crazy behavior).

As a hot pot fan, I have been to many hot pot places and I have never had a waiter/waitress having trouble to take my order.
I came to this place today since other hot pot places have long wait time and my past experience here was ok. Apparently, this place went downhill significantly. Friday night supposes to be busy and this store is pretty empty. There could be more issues than what I wrote. Though I wasted my time traveling to this store, I am glad that I left before I wasted my money to order food.

Unfortunately, I will never visit this store again and will not recommend it to any of my friends.
