This online website does not give the correct hours of operation. It reads that they are open everyday except Mondays from 10 am - 7 pm. Their other website does not say the days or hours of operation. When you call no one answers the phone. The voice message says they are open 7 days a week but the hours are not mentioned. I drove to the bakery to make a purchase and I see a sign on their front doors that says they are open from 12 noon until 4:00 pm. Please update you websites with the correct days and hours of operation. This is the second time I have missed being able to make a purchase. It's exasperating to take time and gas money to drive from Parker to only be disappointed that the bakery is closed. Also, please put your hours of operation on your voice message so people will know what days and what hours you are open. It would be nice if you expanded your hours a bit so people who work from 8-5 can buy from you.

I live in VA. My son, who lives in Castle Rock was celebrating his Birthday. Not only did they go above and beyond, to make sure my cake order got to him; the cake (a "take away" cake) was absolutely beautiful! My son said the cake was the best, ever! It was fresh, moist and very flavorful!
