The service at this place was horrible !!! We arrived with minimal people in the restaurant and had to not only wait 25min for drinks - we had to wait ANOTHER 75min to receive our food. The waitress (Amaya) was extremely rude, unprofessional and needs to be FIRED!!! The way she represented your restaurant was a DISGRACE!!!!
- One if the meals we Received was COLD: her response … “ya, cause it you let it sit there”.
- Chicken EXTREMELY spicy: her response “that’s our seasoning”
We spoke with the manager AGAIN with the unprofessionalism and issues we had with no offers of possible solutions- not helpful. Afterwards, Amaya came back to the table to comfort us about our concerns and provide us with excuses:
- Cold plate : Processed to provide her with a possible solution to offer in the future, Amaya’s“I don’t read minds”

While the manager was speaking with us - Amaya was sitting in the corner laughing… cause it was funny ???? ZERO REMORSE !!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY FAMILY HERE AND I WOULD ADVISE, YOU DONT EITHER !!!!

FYI: DONT PAY IN CASH “because we don’t give change” is what we were told by their “wonderful” manager.

Great awesome tasty food the buffalo wings along with their Nachos are the bomb !! And their portions are big as well as the service great friendly staff !!
An all 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & beyond !! 💯👍😉
