Don't know about the one person who said it was bad but the store closes at 9 of course they don't want anyone else there... that persons a little low on brains but the food was great

This was the first time we ever saw Ice Spot and we decided to give it a try. We walked to Ice Spot from Dave and Busters with our two daughters. It was 9:53pm when we walked in the door. Just as we were walking in one of the ladies working flipped the open sign to closed. They were making ice cream for one family and there was a couple ahead of us in line to order. In front of everyone, the lady that fliped the sign stated, "They are the last two," pointing to the couple in front of us. My husband asked her if she was serious and she completely ignored us. It was embarrasing and disgusting the way we were treated. I will never try them again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. What a shame trying to support a local business right after the shut down and this is how they act. The staff needs to be trained in how to handle a situation like this. We should have been the last customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. This area isn't that big. How you treat one person can make or break you. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how poorly we were treated.
