Invigorating!

very disappointed on tonight with the online wait list (I had 4ppl ahead) but when I arrived...we not on the list🤔 which they claim is not theirs on Google 👀 but clearly has the online + wait list visible with their business name, etc (the male manager advised this wasn't their online doing) I suggested they need to remove that, because that causes confusion. And then got on the list AGAIN hand written; and I was never texted or called to be seated🤷🏽"â™€ï¸ and it's 1am now, lol, so we went to Billy's to eat next door.

This is normally a good place to eat when we come to Charlotte, idk what happened tonight. *I believe you'll do better family, I KNOW you can; take them rags off your head at the front desk, get a good uniform policy for the hostesses/waiters, stop hollering/yelling across the restaurant (I saw the manager do this tonight) bring more professionalism in the establishment.

We absolutely loved it. Our server was awesome. The food was hot and tasty. Some of the best seafood we've had in Charlotte
