1 star is generous. Waited 30 min for curds and a shake. Then the girl with way too many piercings in her face for the food industry tried to lie and say I only paid for the shake. Bringing out another persons receipt.
I showed her I was charged for both items and waited about another 10 min then backed up to ask for a refund. Keep in mind I was nice and cool all the way through.
I did finally got the curds I paid for which tasted like they were dropped on the floor and stepped on. And still remained cool until the “Manager” Brittany Adams (if that’s even her real) name started throwing major attitude bc I didn’t get a receipt (they didn’t put one on the bag).
I showed her my bank statement (online) that showed “CULVER’S $8.90 2/6/23- the cost for both a shake & curds) and she tried to argue about the date (todays 2/3, it’s pending until 2/6) as that is the way banks work. Can’t believe someone who doesn’t understand this is a manager.
She was soo rude and kept saying I didn’t have my receipt (again, because they didn’t put one one the bag & I said no after paying bc I didn’t think my order would get soo messed up). Then her attitude was downright nasty and she said there was nothing she could do for me. I asked for her bosses name and told her good luck with that staff. To which she said “good luck with yo ugly -ss”. Wow!! Completely inappropriate for anyone…this girl does not need to be a manager certainly, if even a team member. I will be calling her boss and I can only hope they care enough to fire her.
