Great food & service. My daughter's favorite restaurant!

We arrived at 730pm and was denied buffet along with the additional guest behind us and the sign clearly states close at 8pm"¦ so they made us order everything a la crate 3 different orders and games cards well over $200! Are buzzers never alerted our food was done so it wasn't hot anymore! The DM CHACE notice 1 of of the 5 kids had got ice cream that came in the size of dressing cup from restaurants (it fits in the palm of my hand 2in in height) comes over and says the ice cream is with the buffet ( that we did try to order but was denied! )but he just said it loud, rude in front of all guest in the middle of isle"¦ I just think that's a disgrace we visit all the time and never had this type of treatment ( the staff was awesome just the District Manger is horrible with his customer service) !
0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND They lost our business!!
