I've spent a lot of money here but tonight was plain ridiculous. I had dinner delivered. There is a $25 minimum so had to order extra deserts Plus a bottle of water to qualify for delivery. Plus I had to pay a $7.00 delivery fee.
1) The two drinks didn't come with the order.
2) They didn't include the salad dressing with my Caesar salad ( This location isn't aware that Ceasar dressing is always mixed in or even the type of lettuce that comes with a Caesar salad ) but I let that go a while back.

Tonight I'm left with desserts I won't eat, I'm out of a delivery charge and since the issue with the dressing, I still have to go grab dinner! Of course they didn't offer to bring the items back out. No restaurant should be this sloppy. Everything is on ticket as it should be but just not in the bag. They are often careless when I pick up an order ( meaning they leave items out way more than most restaurants) but this time I had delivery so no one could run back in. The extra I paid and delivery charge...it was all a waste! The manager wouldn't get on the phone (The young man I spoke with was empathetic and understanding) but I am so frustrated with them not being able to be consistent and provide what is requested/paid for. I only have continued with them due to the gluten free options for my son.
