NOT DEPENDABLE! WILL SCREW YOU OVER! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!

Imagine this being a planner and booking a food truck on February 13th. You give them your credit card information they tell you the date and the time that works best for them and to put it in your calendar. You go on with life send out invitations and notice the food truck never took the deposit out of your account. You call them on April 12th and are greeted with a "ya" you proceed to introduce yourself and remind him that the deposit wasn't taken out of the account. He responds, "ya we aren't running cards because we can't commit to any dates because we can't find help. I've told everyone this"

WHAT! This is not the conversation we had. He proceeds to tell me that he doesn't have his calendar in front of him and that he will be getting back to me tomorrow. I remind him that he is the one who told me that my event can be on May 27 from 11 until 1 because he has an event later on that same day. Never got a call back.

I am floored. I am a month and a half out from my event and I have no food truck. Do yourself a favor find a food truck that is reliable because now I am stuck with cooking for over 100 people. Thanks Cheese Shack for being unreliable and causing me a mass amount of stress and as a result my health has deteriorated. I wish nothing but the same stress you have given me.
