There's a small cafí© downtown that serves the best coffee I've had in ages. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. Every time I go, the staff make me feel right at home with their friendly smiles and great service.

Terrible. Snarky staff. It took 23 minutes for a hot dog and sliders. When the food finally came, the bun was stale, the cheese was hard and had swear, meaning it was sitting, and the fries were cold. When asked why the food was taking a while, the cashier Nicole L said "I told you it's 15-20 minutes". She never said that. When i inquired at 20 minutes she said "I don't have control over the kitchen" and walked away. The person behind me got their chicken tenders and fries within minutes. Why did a hotdog take 23 minutes? Furthermore, they offered to refund but it has been a week and still no refund. If this wasn't the only place to eat at the Space Needle, I'd day shut it down. The staff were entirely rude and laughed when we complained. The only saving grace was the manager or maybe she was another cashier. She was helpful, but the refund hasn't gone though so I'm not sure she did process it.
Bring your own snacks to the top. 23 minutes for an old slider and cold hot dog is ridiculous. No one else in line either. The staff were being spiteful and rude.
