Regrettably, my review is not very flattering, it's a sad story really. One that the ownership has failed to respond to.
On November 24th the night before thanksgiving) A Patron, mentally handicaped 27 year old black women entered the establishment and was escorted out. Her name is Reema K, and If that were not enough, Good Times, called the police and accused the women (who had just completed a job interview before and was waiting to uber home) of assault.
The police came, according to her report, she denied any wrongdoing, but she's was not capable of defending her accusers. She was arrested, taken to Pikesville station, and arraigned in front of the commissioner. Charges with assault and lying to police, she was denied bail and thrown in jail (where she remains to this day) . I would like ot say, that Good Times, does not have the slightest idea of what thanksgiving is, do not apparently like black women, and seems not to care about the handicaped.
Their food may be good but the people that work there, are anything but.

I have purchased crabs from this location numerous times, and no complaints. Delicious is all I have to say!!!

7/24/20: This is my 2nd and last time! I will not patronize this establishment. The first time I went there about a week ago and they were about to close, but still I was able to place an order for a dz . male- medium $45. The service and crabs were good. Re-visited today, hoping to have the same experience... WRONG! I placed my order at 6:42p for a dz male- medium and went outside about 5-10 mns. When I entered, the young lady said they were out if those, so I said ok- I'll take the female- medium, but advised they would owe me the difference; she agreed. A few minutes later the guy that was nice the prior week spoke to me, so I decided to ask him if it's not too late, make it the large- females.
He told me not to worry, he got me, eventhough I knew there was a few dollars difference in price. Ten minutes goes by and he shows me the sizes of the crabs. I said to him, "I thought you were already cooking them"!? He proceeds to tell me that they will be 20 minutes. I asked him why when I already been there over 20 minutes. Keep in mind- there were customers that came in, ordered and left. This is now 7:02. I asked him since I've been waiting so long, if they will comp the difference in the price (med- large). He didn't say anything, but his reaction I thought he would honor it.
7:23, I am finally leaving. I do a quick look in the bag to check the seasoning and size. I get home and there are "8" crabs!!!
I called and the young lady Tried to explain since there was a difference in price they gave me 8! Now, they were in ca hoots with not informing me, because she didn't ask me to hold to ask why I was short. I told her that if I wanted 8, I would've ordered 8, I ordered a dz. and even though I waited that long time, they should've comped me at least a couple of extra even if she would've charged me the normal price; due to their inconvenience.
So now... I will NEVER return to this place, because they do not value their customers. Me being the first out of the group of customers, to being the last- leaving about 15 minutes after everyone else. On top of that, the crabs were not even heavy and smaller.
I know this is a bit much TMI, but customers beware!!!
I am an easy going person that gets along with almost everyone. When I left I thanked the guy and told him to have a great evening. No wonder he bawled up the bag, instead of letting the steam out; because he thought I would notice it there. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
