Ordering online delivery was a disaster for me. If I'd received the same food in the "restaurant" I would have immediately taken it back to the counter and demanded a refund. They tack on several extra fees besides the expected taxes. They use DoorDash, which charges exorbitant amounts, a "service fee", and miscellaneous charges for side orders of soggy, half-burnt fries and carrots/celery sticks. I called to request a refund for all the above-mentioned issues and after struggling with a girl/worker I asked for the manager, another argumentative girl who kept over-talking me until I decided it wasn't worth the stress. 5 pieces of carrots and bad fries came to over $15. I will never return, either in-store or online, and my advice is to make your own for a tiny fraction of the cost.
