I ordered from Krab Kingz last week for the first time, my food was amazing. I'm from the east coast and so you know we eat a lot of crabs. I'm ordering again today and will be from now on ❤️. I told them what time I would be picking up and when I got there it was two pickups in front of me, but they took the time and m8ne was right out.I have recommended Krab Kingz to my friends. I don't know what else to say but

I love supporting local businesses. It should not matter who owns and operates a business. What should matter is communication. Communication is Key. When a Business has a $60 pre order (paid in full), says it will be ready at a certain time, it should be ready at that certain time. I used Menufy to order my meal. They have no way to cancel an order. I wish they did! Menufy (ran by the Business) told me that my meal was ready when I arrived. I gave my order confirmation number to three different people (servers?) and called twice. I was told my food would be right out in a minute by those employees. Finally received my meal 25 minutes after it was ready, according to Menufy. By the same woman who answered the phone two times, telling me it would be ready in a minute, and then told me face to face that she didn't have my order number. Good help, is hard to find. My time is valuable. I will be taking my money (year round, not just for special occasions!!!) somewhere else. Take care!
