My wife and I have each spent parts of our lives in Japan and we admire Japanese culture and we love its cuisine. Our great go to Japanese restaurant on the Upper East Side closed 15 years ago and since then we have been wandering in the desert, trying place after place.

Tonight we found it!!! A small, charming, low key, omakase sushi bar with spectacular food. This will be home for us at least once a week for many years.
