WOW!!!! Just had breakfast at The Flying Cafe in the villages. I gotta say, clean, professional and extremely knowledgeable servers!!!!! My server Sky, such a lovely girl. Introduced me to my new addiction: GRITS!!!!! If you haven't been here you better go get your breakfast on!!!!! Sky, thank you for the experience, OMG, before I forget best fluffy eggs I've ever had!!!!!!

Last time I ate at this restaurant my eggs had some kind of unrecognizble debis in them and my home fries were soggy and cold. Today I tried again. Waited a half hour for a table and another 20 minutes for my server to show up. People seated after me were almost finished with their meal before the server asked to take my order. By then I was angry and left, but not before talking to the manager. He did apologize and said it was a mistake. Except it wasn't a mistake. It was just bad service from a poorly run restaurant managed by a mook who needs to have his face planted on the fry grill for about 30 seconds. Was that harsh? So sorry!
