I stopped by Noble Roman's on a Wednesday evening and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our pizzas arrived-they were fresh, flavorful, and came with plenty of toppings without being greasy. The breadsticks and salads were fresh and tasty, and their draft root beer and orange soda were a fun bonus. The vibe is a cool mix between fast food and sit-down, with fair prices and good options even for dietary restrictions, making it a solid choice for a casual pizza night.

I recently revisited Noble Romans craft pizza and pub on a Wednesday evening around 5:00 p.m. It had been a while since my last visit when the restaurant first opened. We were quickly seated, and our server was prompt in taking our orders. The beer selection was great with a 23 oz beer for only $4. The deep dish Sicilian pizza I ordered was delicious, as was my wife's regular pizza. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I highly recommend trying the Italian sausage with mushrooms and extra cheese. Overall, it was a top-quality dining experience with delicious food at fair prices.
