I am not a pro, but anybody who knows how to fry chicken knows the flavor is in what you use to coat your chicken in before frying. I learned watching my grandmother, mother and my dad was a chef. So I love seasonings. The chicken wasn't very flavorful, I know restaurants stay away from salt but there are plenty of other seasonings you can use to give your food flavor. I also think their pricey, I got a 2 piece combo with cheesy tots, green beans and a biscuit for myself and my co-worker got 10 wing dings and fries for $25 and some change. Looking at the menu the young lady overcharged me, she charged me for 2 piece combo then she charged me separate for the 1 side that came with it and the additional side that she said came with it after me telling her it only comes with one side. I may give them another shot because I love fried chicken but no time soon. Try them out for yourself!
