First they have to keep your ID and Credit Card with them and automatically charge you 18% gratuity with such dissatisfied service. The smell of weed was although the entrance. The water was nasty, the tea was nasty. We waited forever for our food.- My daughter did get her sauce until we were ready to go. And finally the food was not good. Needless to say I will it be going back.

The wait is never long when ordering online and they have a very pleasant staff to assist with your concerns.

The food is good, but their customer service is horrible. They are very disorganized with how they handle customers waiting in-line, around the line. People bus in front of others due to them simply serving whomever steps up to the window versus speaking up saying no we are taking the next person like cashiers do in grocery stores. Due to this mentality, people get into confrontations outside of their store. I guess I gave my 15% tip online with my card to be treated like crap. No Thank You!

Crafty Crab has Great food and drinks. The sauces are flavorful not oily like other area establishments. Ask for Lexi if you sit at the bar💯

I went there on February 21 I waited about one hour for my food when I did get it everything was cold . I do not like being forced to give a tip when the food was extremely cold I would never go to again
