been here several times but we just had the worst experience ever.
We went there late around 9:15pm and the receptionist said last call will be 9:30pm which we understood because we knew we were late. we ordered 3 kind of meat because we knew we were late and that'd be enough for just two of us. then the server said we could only have 2 at a time. tryna get their attention before 9:30pm so we could order one last time but no one was around and we wasted time to get their attention, finally the server came right at 9:30pm and we tryna order one more meat but they still declined and said the kitchen closed. I told her that's why we wanted 3 earlier and yall didn't let us. If we knew can only do 2 at a time by that late, we wouldn't have dined in. who pay $60 (2 people) for just 2 kind of meat at a buffet ? My server did all the explanation and sorry all that stuff but that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was on the way we headed out, we told the receptionist that we wasn't happy with their service today, the other girl who was cleaning at the bar said "OK~" to us and sounded very happy like, are you that happy when a customer give you such a bad review ? is that how people working on a service field should be with that attitude towards the customers ? i know they already cursed us out but I just want to leave a review about our worst experience
