The food is amazing, and if the service is slow it's only because the restaurant is always PACKED FULL OF PEOPLE and the servers are doing their best to keep up. It's one of my favorite restaurants, and it's never more than about 20 mins AT THE BUSIEST TIMES, from the time I order till the food arrives... if it's not packed full of people, less time than that of course. Whoever is complaining in reviews about the servers not having time to fawn over their table while handling 45 other diners, needs to be a bit more realistic and show a little more kindness... you might get better service, if you're not bitching at the server and acting like YOU are the only one in the restaurant that matters.

I MET A COUPLE WALKING OUT WARNING ME ABOUT THE SERVICE.. AND SURE ENOUGH THEY WERE CORRECT VERY VEFY POOR.I..WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS FIERY CRAB ..THE SERVERS ARE NOT VERY ATTENTIVE OR CONCERNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS...SO IT'S A NOOOOOOO FOR ME AT THIS KENNER FIERY CRAB LOCATION..PLEASE BETTER TRAIN STAFF SO WE CAN RETURN..
