My party is celebrating a major milestone, and the GM was extremely unapproachable, unpleasant, and unaccommodating. The manager's name is Kryzstof Pawlik. We asked to be seated together and we were met with an immediate and abrupt 'no'. There was no apology, no emotional intelligence, just a cold response. On top of that his PPE was quite inappropriate. He is wearing a bandana looking mask that resembles that of a gang. It also wasn't tight over the mouth and nose area"¦ a concern for potential exposure to illnesses. I wish we could have celebrated in a different place, because the manager brought down our mood and our experience. I don't know how you can make up for his inequities, but I at least wanted to make you aware. As a professional, I feel he would benefit from diversity and inclusion training as well as training in emotional intelligence. A true disappointment.
