A diamond in the ruff. Food is second to none and Anthony (the owner) and the staff couldn't be more attentive and accommodating. My new favorite place.

Have eaten PATSY'S food several times and it never disappoints! EVERYTHING is WONDERFUL! The owner is attentive the food is great and the service can't be beaten!
