I called to place an order to pick up. The gal asked if I could hold she sets the phone down talks to a customer for a bit then silence. She walked away and never came back. I was on hold for over 5 minutes. I am trying to call back but obviously the phone is still sitting on the counter. No voicemail. Not impressed. I have been trying to call back for 15 minutes

GREAT 7oz burgers. Yet to try something that hasn't been fantastic. Add the Chipotle ranch to top it off!
