Terrible staff and there were a lot of mice droppings

People should really know how you treat your customers i went here with my wife and my two children we had a reservation and arrived ten minutes early when we arrived the lady told us that we would sit shortly we waited for over an 1hr past our reservation time to be seated my kids were starving by this time so after waiting all of that time and finally sitting down to eat it took then another 25 minutes before we even had a waiter or anyone bring us water at that time we proceeded to order our drinks and some appetizers let me point out that the waiter was very nasty when he took our order as we’re sitting at the table for an hour already we have not been given as much as a glass of water finally after an hour the bring our drinks and then 25 min later our appetizers this experience was absolutely the worst dining experience that I have ever experienced not only was the waiter rude nasty he also didn’t bring a couple of items that we ordered so all of a sudden he brings the check and I didn’t even tell him that we were finished we were still waiting for a pot of mussels I said to the waiter where are our mussels and he said oh I forgot but they already closed your check at that point I told the waiter that I was not happier about the way that we were treated I then asked to speak to the manager and someone came over after ten minutes and asked us what the issue was honestly it seemed like they really didn’t care about how they treated there customers I decided at that point that I was not going to leave a tip as I was very upset and mind you if you know me you would know that I always tip 20% or better as I even give the valet guy a 20 when I pull up anywhere however when I was leaving I walked up to the podium and asked to speak to a manager a woman came over and asked me what my issues were and I told her what had went on she had said to me that she was sorry and that they were not expecting the crowd that had shown up and that some of there staff didn’t show up she assured me that the next time I come there they would be sure to receive much better service at that point I was I felt a little better and I handed the woman the 20% gratuity for the check and another $100 tip for her in cash and we left to be honest I really never thought about going back there so about 1 year later on Father’s my wife says let’s go there to eat dinner so I make a reservation online about 3 hours later I get a phone call from the restaurant telling me that I can’t come that I am not welcome there I was like WOW never in my life did a restaurant tell me I wasn’t allowed there so I guess that this was what the lady meant when she said i would receive better service I hope you all get a good look at what these people are all about and how much they value there customers not only did they provide an absolutely embarrassing and terrible dining experience they also ruined a families father day by canceling a reservation 3 hours before so if you want to give these ungrateful people your hard earned money you should think twice
